Hi everyone, I am very new to swaret... I installed it about three minutes ago.
SO, I changed the version to current and did a "swaret --update" and then a "swaret --search kde" and sweet... KDE 3.2.1 was listed. But how do I go about installing it? there are tons of packages for KDE. I do not currently have KDE installed so there is no upgrade toute to take. Any suggestions?
I typicaly use that type of app ( I actually use slapt-get) simply for downloading and install the packages myself. But like said above, it should be as simple as doing what the help and/or readme says. Its really quite automated although I have never been able to get fluxbox .9.* to work after installing or upgrading through a slackpack. I always have to install that through source for some reason. Otherwise it always boots up to .1.1.14 or whatever it is.
