Saw that and upgraded. Doesn't help. I guess it has to be kernel not detecting my bluetooth hardware. Any workaround other than downgrading kernel? If that's the only way, could someone guide me through? It's easily on arch-based but I have no idea about that on Slackware.
So I observed there are people experiencing this bluetooth issue with linux 5.10. I will wait for the fix.
BTW, Plasma5 become unusable once I start installing third party themes and adding new widgets/panels. Plasmashell crashes/doesn't run upon start up. Seems like it's really unstable.

Did you consider that it could be the widgets you are adding that cause the instability? I have been using KDE Plasma5 for 6 years now on a daily basis and the last couple of years I have experienced less than a handful of crashes.
It could be. I have only added latte dock and NavDexie Menu on top of the default layout. After it crashes, I tried restoring default by opting "use default layout from global theme" of Breeze and Gruvbox. However, it still crashes on every reboot.
BTW, is qtwebengine included in qt5.15 or qt-compat-5.15? I wanted to use qutebrowser however it doesn't detect qtwebengine. All the default qt packages are installed. I can no longer find qtwebengine on slackbuild.
Edit: qutebrowser works after reinstalling PyQt5 from pip3
