eired sound problem & KDE

Hi

I 've got a realy strange problem with sound on my Slack.

If i start KDE as root the sound is working well, but if i want to use sound as a normal user I get this error while loading KDE :

Error while initializing the sound driver:
device: default can't be opened for playback (Permission denied)
The sound server will continue, using the null output device.

I've setted the correct rights to dev/dsp,dev/mixer, and /dev/midi (chmod 666 ).So this isn't the problem.
The next strange thing that is that i can play sound (as user!) with the amp player...
Also the system bell isn't working neither as root neither as user(but it was working before the KDE upgrade,..)

Anyone has an idea what goes wrong ?

Thanx and Cya
