Authentication-Warning: set sender using -f problem

I have search this forum and did not find anything related to this issue, so I am writing to hope someone will point me to the problem area.

I am having this problem for awhile and I am not sure how to solve it. It doesn't happen very often.

I read somewhere that I need the trusted-users file with the valid users id, which I had. UserA is inside trusted-users.

Sender send email to userA.
UserA had a autoreply set, but was somehow set the sender to UserB instead of UserA (See below log)

User A - .forward
"|/etc/usermin/forward/ /home/userA/autoreply.txt UserA"

Email Log
May 24 08:29:24 mail02 sendmail[28310]: p4O0TONP028310: Authentication-Warning: userA set sender to using -f

Why am I getting this and how do I solve it?

I am using slackware 12.2, kernel, sendmail v8.14.3
