Hi,
I downloaded the "RHEL 6.2" few months earlier and my kernel version is "kernel-2.6.32-220.el6.x86_64.rpm".
Now, as i checked on website that the latest version available is "kernel-2.6.32-220.38.1.el6" which was updated on May 30, 2013.
Now, I want to update my system to this package (and all the other packages which have been updated since i downloaded the ISO) but the problem is that I don't have internet access to update the yum nor i have any RHN server running in the network.
So can anybody guide me that how can I solve this issue ?

The obvious people to ask would be Red Hat support...have you called them, since you're paying for access to their support/updates with your RHEL subscription??
Both Red Hat proxy and Red Hat satellite (which chrism01 pointed out), do what you need.
In my case, the latest ISO was also having the same kernel version as the old ISO so problem could not be solved.
But downloading the latest ISO would solved the issue as I noticed in some other cases.
