I want to download red hat 9.0

Does anyone know where I can download it from? Also does anyone know any good tuturials on red hat? And how do I install it?

Sorry for all the questions but I've been looking around the web for a while and I still don't know where to download it or have a clue how to install or download it. I've seen a bunch of ftp sites but I don't know which folder I need to download.

Any help would be appreaciated, thanks.

Heaps of mirrors there. You will want to download the ISO files e.g: shrike-i386-disc1.iso shrike-i386-disc2.iso, shrike-i386-disc3.iso

They are listed below

ftp://less.cogeco.net/pub/redhat/lin...t/en/iso/i386/

The SRPMS ISO's are extra's. There is another 3 cds full of RPM packages. You don't need those for the main installation however.

The main install is over 3 CD's. So once you have downloaded the ISO files you will need to burn them onto CD. Makesure you know how to burn an ISO.

Then simply change your bios in your computer so that CDROM is the first Boot option.

Insert CD1 and boot up. You should be presented with the Install Screen.
