Why host can't get broadcast or multicast messages from Linux when using wireless

My host OS is win7, and I install Fedora in VMware workstation v8.0.1 build-528992. I choose bridge networking option.
I'm learning Network programming recently. When testing my program, I met a program.

It's strange that host can't get message from guest's broadcast or multicast programs when host are using wireless network. But it works well when using wired network.

But guest can ping host.So why host can't get broadcast or multicast message from guest when host are using wireless network.
