Workgroup Name

How can I change my mini workgroup name? I guess it's using a default name as 'mygroup' but I want to change it.

Also, how do I find out what is the computer name, or host name?

It is a Mac Mini OS X 10.3.8, 1.2ghz, 512mb ram.

Thanks.
