problem installing urpmi

Hi,

When I try to install urpmi from its website by command prompt it shows some error.

Can any one tell me how to install urpmi to my mandriva by downloading the install file itself that is .rpm, .tar .

Install urpmi? Urpmi is the default package manager. It should be installed in all cases.
