It looks like your currently configured repos are down or off line for some reason. Also, you do not have any of the plf(Penguin Liberation Front) repos configured. Plf has all the codecs and packages that mandriva can't include for legal reasons.
I would recommend removing all your current repos and then reconfiguring using easyurpmi:
http://easyurpmi.zarb.org/
To remove your current repos, in the system menu, go to Tools>System Tools>Configure Your Computer which will bring up the Mandriva Control Center(mcc). In mcc, go to Software Management>Configure media sources. That will bring up a list of your current repos. Select every repo and hit the remove tab to delete the sources. There should be no sources left when your finished.
To set up new sources, go to the above posted easyurpmi link, click the Add Official medias link and follow the instructions then click the Add PLF medias and follow the instructions. That should add all the repos necessary for you to find the codecs and packages you need which is a good place to start from.
You should note that the Mandriva Free release doesn't include any of the nonfree packages like the flash plugin, or sun java but by adding the above repos, you will be able to install them and much more. If you want a more user friendly version of mandriva that includes flash out of the box, use the Mandriva One livecds for your installation. They come in separate gnome and kde versions and include the typical browser plugins most want(flash) as well as the proprietary nvidia and ati drivers. You will still have to add the plf repos to get things like the usual win32 codecs, etc.
