Mandrake x86_64 : no NTFS !

Hi all!

I'm quite a newbie and I've just upgraded my system from Mandrake 9.1 Official to Mandrake 10.1 community, beta 2 for AMD64.

Really wonderful, perfect hardware identification, very very fast, and a real bullet in internet.. it seems like I've upgraded my connection!

BUT.... no NTFS !
It doesn't identify the Windows XP NTFS partitions... I see those partitions in gray (that is "unidentified") in the partitioning tool, and not in blue (Windows partition).

Does anyone know if it's a bug of the beta version, or have I to think I've a problem on my pc?
Linspire live CD can easily access the same NTFS partitions!

TU very much and... be patient for my strange english!!

Light

oh... I was forgetting...
my PC is AMD 64 3000+, 1 gb DDR, 1 HDD ata 100 40 gb (boot), 1 HDD ata 133 80 gb, Radeon 9200

It could be that the 64 bit version is missing the proper drivers as the 32 bit version does install the drivers to read NTFS partitions.

Also google for Linux NTFS Captive to get to the Captive drivers for Linux which work quite well, to access NTFS.
