lost rpmdrake

Hi I'm running mandrake 10.0 and recently I lost the ability to use rpmdrake. I first noticed that the packages option was missing from the configuration menu when I couldnt install the new version of gaim by double clicking on the icon in konqueror...I tried rebooting and running rpmdrake from the console as root but it said 'command not found.'

The only things I did recently were to install the new version of firefox, and install gnome and subsequently remove it using the install/remove package tools that were previously available. I have no idea what to do short of completely reinstalling so any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try doing "urpmi rpmdrake" as root.
