hey, I need to find the source for LE2005. I am not sure if i am being stupid or what and am looking over something. can someone point me in the proper direction?
I mean source code... i am prolly overlooking something but i cannot find it... please bear in mind i am complete noob. I want to use some drivers... but i need to have and be able to manipulate the kernel source code (that part i will prolly have help in) right now i just need to find the source code
but i don't think that's what you want... it seems like what you want is the kernel-source package... i believe you can install that by doing a "urpmi kernel-source"... the kernel source will then be placed somewhere like "/usr/src/linux"... or just look in your CD for the appropriate kernel-source package and install it using "rpm -i"...

I have been looking for it but can't find it. ( I wanna say complete source code) I am looking forward to compile my own version.

As win32sux said the easiest way is to just get the Source RPMs from a mirror. I'm curious though - why do you want to recompile it?
