what is the best source to put on apt-get source list

whit unstable main contrib non-free

I'd suggest something like:

deb unstable main contrib non-free

But you'll get speedier downloads if you replace the main Debian ftp site with a mirror site that is geographically closest to you. Here's a list of Debian ftp mirrors:
