IP based accounting for internet usage

Hello,
Which is a good IP based accounting for internet
usage.

It should account for all types of traffic.

I haven't tried any myself but ipac-ng (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ipac-ng/) seems quite good and actively developed.
iam (http://intevation.net/iam) looks OK too but is old.
