A particular rpmdrake problem

I can look at the bottom of rpmdrake and see that it says that I have only about 3 gb of free disk space. The thing is that I know I have over 145gb of space available on my hard drive and I'm only running linux on my computer.. So what gives and can I correct this problem?

It means 3gb is free on your root partition, not the whole disk.
