last error in installation of open diameter

dear
i was trying to install the open diameter using the insturction given on the websit www.opendiameter.org in last their is no line ACE_Sock_Connect in file libdiameter/include/aaa_transport_ace.h
so i try to install it but their is error what i should do now i use the open diameter software opendiameter-1.0.7-h.tar.gz and opendiameter-1.0.7-g.tar.gz help me
