Introduction

My name is Jason. I'm an IT student at Rasmussen College. I've been working with Windows systems for the most part. However, the more I learn about Windows, the more I like what I hear about Linux.

Without getting into too much detail, as part of my program I have to take a course in Linux Administration. Like I said in my other post, the person that they hired to write the course misunderstood the context of the class, and has it aimed way over my head. Are there any "Linux for Windows Users" resources I should look at?

Hi and welcome to LQ You could look at Moving to Linux "Kiss the blue screen of death goodbye" or just look at any of the book reviews. Also check out the Linux Bookmarks site - there are loads of great resources there.
