Cant get the wireless lan working

I have just started using Ubuntu 4.10 the breezy badger.

During the install, no wireless network card was find, so my problem is, how i can get the system to find it now, after the install.

I know it works, because it works fine with windows.

Anyone who knows how i can get it working? And how to add new hardware in ubuntu?

I'm guessing you mean Ubuntu 5.10 Anyways, what make + model of wireless card do you have? We should be able to point you in thr right direction in terms of installing the correct driver module, but the instructions will vary depending on your card.
