Xfree86 devel installation probs

i have been trying to get wine working but in the install it tells me to install the xfree development files...so i go to my mandrake 9.1 package installaltion proggie and type in xfree as a search item and fine this XFree86-devel-4.3-5mdk.i586.rpm. i select it and click install... but near to the end it stops and tells me that it could not install and it don't give a reason why... same with the XFree86-devel file i downed from mandrake ftp...

When installing via cosole i get to 100% and then this appears:

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/include/GL: cpio: rename failed - Is a directory

anyone know how i can fix it ?
