Wine Usage Problem

I am having trouble installing wine packages. I went to rpmdrake and installed everything under the search for "wine". Whenever I try to install something I put the CD in (I tried Dreamweaver MX 2004 and and Fellow's MediaFace). I type: wine /mnt/cdrom/setup.exe and everything starts fine and then it says "Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x800). The same happend with the free trial download of Dreamweaver. I saved it to /home/killer7 and typed wine dwmx2004_trial_en_win.exe and it says: "The InstallSheild Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be installed. The folder C:\Program Files\Common FilesREE8 could not be created. Make sure you have the appropriate privileges to create this folder. (0x5)" OK, appropirate privileges? I log into root and type the same and I get "/usr/bin/wine.bin cannot find dwmx2004_trial_en_win.exe". My last attempt was wine /home/killer7/dwmx2004_trial_en_win.exe and I get the same thing. Help?!

I did not, however, that doesn't work. I still get the "Could not find iKernel.exe".
