Wine usage

AFTER INSTALLING wINE, i SEEM TO BE CONFUSED. I don't know how to run a program with wine after I have installed it. For example, if i install Program 'a' with wine by using wine 'a' at the shell, i don't know what to do in order to play program 'a'

The program 'a' will probably ask you where to save its files. Go to the directory, containing the installed 'a' and then find and execute with wine the exe file of the program (probably a.exe) .

wine a.exe

So if i got to the folder with the installation file for 'a' and from there do wine a.exe that will install it. but if i open up konqueror file browser and type in c:....'a'FOLDER, then do wine a.exe from there it will run the program?

In most cases, yes. However the authors may have decided to set the name of the executable to someothername.exe So find any executable in the directory of 'a' and start it with wine. If there are more then one exe files, then try to select one by the name.
