well, there may be different versions of this cam out there. First check what its USB id's are (as root, do "lsusb" and you see a list of attached USB devices). See if the cam has something like
045e:00f5
or so. There are a few variants.
There is a driver called sn9c102. I don't have the cam myself, but I helped a colleague with it and we got some grainy video out of it. A tell-tale sign is if a /dev/video0 device file appears when you load the driver. Any video application (xawtv, mplayer, skype when you use a later version, etc) will show you some video.
