Use an alternate GTK theme for a specific program

Is there a way to specify that OpenOffice use a certain GTK theme at start-up? I seem to remember KDE/Qt apps having that ability but am not sure if such exists for GTK nor how to implement it if it does. My current solution is to switch the theme to a normal GTK one whenever I use OpenOffice but this is no longer a reasonable workaround as I find myself needing to use it more and more.

I use, KDE and love gtk-qt-engine. It looks great, provides a uniform look for my desktop and, with the recent versions, is just as stable as if I were to use a normal GTK theme. The problem, however, is that OpenOffice seems to hate it. Whenever I use the two together, OpenOffice has massive display problems (things like invisible buttons and menus).
