unable to power off, and bios screen wake up again! at NUC5i3.

I have dualboot of UEFI with Slackware and Windows10 in Slackware64-14.2.
And I updated Intel Visual Bios. I see, pc didn't power off even if I execute '/sbin/poweroff'. In updating, I might mistake.
In shutdown of Windows10, it powered off. In Slackware(also Built-in UEFI Shell) it didn't power off and bios screen waked up again.
In /etc/rc.d/rc.0, it didn't change even if instead of "/sbin/poweroff", "/sbin/halt -p".

Thanks for many Help!

This Problem is resolved.

The cause is USB port that USB cable's length is 5m and Camera at an USB cable. If this USB cable is disconnected, I could power off the PC at "/sbin/poweroff".
This cause is a high load for PC, but I don't understand why PC is not powered off.

But I finish this question.

Thanks for yours.
