I don't have /sys/kernel/debug/dri/*/pstate.
Also, what is the chipset of my GK208B [GeForce GT 710] so I can use this table to figure out what sort of PM it supports. thanks

if you click on the chipset names at the top of that table they send you to this page. googling GK208B chipset says your card is using the Kepler architecture, so I suppose the answer is NVE0.

So why don't I have a /sys/kernel/debug/dri/*/pstate ?
Nvidia's proprietary driver supports both Suspend and Hibernate via "kernel driver callback". I don't know much more than that because I'm always set for maximum performance. There is a fairly decent monitor built right into the "nvidia-sdettings" app for finer tuning and some stats information.
