Question Two Fluxbox Versions - Root starts newest,User starts oldest

I just finished upgrading from FC4 to FC5. When I log in as a regular user, at the startup screen, its start an old version of Fluxbox ( 0.1.12 or something like that ). However, if I log in as root, it starts the nice looking newer version ( .9.9 or something similar ). Neither the normal user nor root have a .xinitrc file, nor do they have .xsession files.

The two fluxboxes are /usr/bin/fluxbox and /usr/local/bin/fluxbox...I can't tell which one is old and which is new as I can old look at file sizes and month/day the file was created. So I cannot just delete one as I may get the wrong fluxbox bin file and mess things up royally.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this? I am not quite at wits end, but I am getting close as Google and Forum searches have not turned up any useful information.

Thank You,

Fortezza

Code:
/usr/bin/fluxbox -help
/usr/local/bin/fluxbox -help
Check the output for version number, then you'll know which is which.
