To install Packages in CUI mode

Dear Frnds
I want to know how do i install and remove services and RPM packages in CUI (Linux Command Prompt) mode and how do i know which service is needed or not needed to install in Linux?

You mean **GUI** I assume.
Depending on your distro, you have somewhere in the menus an entry which is "install software", "add/remove program" or something similar. This is a front end to the RPM/YUM commands.

If you are referring to dependencies, then the package manager handles this automatically.
More generally, if you are uncertain whether or why you need something, then you probably don't need it!!
