How to use system-config-packages in text mode

Hello,

I made a minimal install of FC4, used yum to get KDE and X directly, then realised I was missing some standard packages. When I then try to install X and KDE from the FC4 DVD, it complains about not being able to find some packages, even though yum says they're installed (and the right versions). Why is this, and how can I get around it?

Also, is there any way of running something like system-config-packages in text mode? If I don't have X installed, how would I ever install extra packages from the DVD?

I like to do a minimal install, then use yum to install kde and other packages with a line like this...

yum install qt arts kdelibs kdebase gtk+ gtk2 \
redhat-artwork kdeartwork xscreensaver-* \
kdegraphics system-config-display

After that is done, you may need to run system-config-display and change /etc/inittab from runlevel 3 to runlevel 5 .

I don't use system-config-packages as I can get everything from yum and rpmfind.
