Wink Timer to get up and move around.


How about a timer that says, Get your a__ out of the chair and get some exercise!" much like a FitBit?

No need. When your beer is empty, it's natural to get up and move around. Just adjust your distance to the 'fridge.

On my RHEL-6 clone, Preferences->Keyboard has a "Typing Break" tab that allows you to set up an enforced break.
