tclhttpd-force homepage to be certain page

Hi,

We are a ISP,and we want clients that browse with our system to go to our website first, before they start browsing.Basically a guy puts in the url he wants to go to,but instead of going to the url it goes to our website first.Only the first time, after that it must go to the url. This must happen every time the clients pc reboots, etc.Almost as forcing his homepage to be ours for the first time.I guess that's what we are hoping for, make all our clients' homepage our website.

Someone told me that i might be able to use something like tclhttpd to do this, and then just route all port 80 traffic to a webserver running tclhttpd. Is this possible, and if so,any pointers on how to set something like this up.If not,any other program i can use to set this up?

Thanks for the help
