Squid problems

I'm sorry. I'm having problems with squid. I have setted this directive in squid.conf:

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
http_access deny all

...but when I restart squid it returns this warning:

WARNING: '0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0' is a subnetwork of '0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0'
2006/01/14 01:34:22| WARNING: because of this '0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0' is ignored to keep splay tree searching predictable

What's the problem?

Another problem I noticed is that the eventual error html page visualized by the client reports a wrong time.
If on my server are 2:00 o'clock the error page reports 1:00 o'clock.

Any solution?

Thanks in advance
