Something instead of Frontpage


i used to work on frontpage alot and it was the only reason i was still using windows

now i want to find sometthing like it on linux

i have d/l Amaya which is very nice but with no arabic support

others like Quanta and BHlueFish need to have an html experience which i don't have

can anyone help me or tell me how to enable arabic in Amaya

You could give OpenOffice a try - it has a webpage tool. I don't think it links very well, so you may have to run it like this:
/usr/lib/openoffice/program/sweb (or wherever OOo is installed). Personally, I use Screem.
