Rhythmbox on Fedora Core 3 causes reboot!

My Rhythmbox crashes the computer when I try to search for media files! I can get through about 12 files, then the computer crashes, and when I restart Rhythmbox, none of the files appear in the player. Help diagnosing the problem, folks?

error output?

try running rhythmbox from commandline, see if any error returned

use "tee" pipe to record the output (if your eyes arent fast enough...)

ie.

$ rhythmbox |tee output.log

and see the output file after rebooting
