PsyBNC not binding on port 80.


I am using psyBNC on Gentoo 1.6.5 (kernel version) and I am trying to get psyBNC to bind to port 80. It binds to port 31337 but not port 80. I was wondering if this is a psyBNC bug or I am doing something wrong. I can make psyBNC bind on port 80 in Cygwin. So...

Any port less than 1024 needs root access.
