Problems with Kcron (mandrake 9.1)
Hi, I'm having some trouble using Kcron in mandrake 9.1. I started using kcron because DrakCronAt did not work at all. I was able to get kcron to execute killall5 at a given time without a hitch. Now I'm interested in automating new tasks, such as xmule and penggy. Since penggy needs to be run from root, I ran kcron as a super user in the terminal and set the tasks under the "root" tab. Neither xmule nor penggy loaded at the times that I set, although when selecting "run now" both programs worked. xmule won't load at its given time under a regular user either. I don't understand what the deal is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
