where is kcron in Mandrake 10.1?

What happened to kcron in Mandrake 10.1? It was a really cool and easy to use feature in Mandrake 9.1.

I searched for kcron but instead got the drakcronat which is supposed to do the job like kcron, but it's a confusing GUI and I didn't understand how to use it.

I don't even have the basic cron when I type that in the terminal.
