Problem in installing Kdetv on fedora 3

I have installed fedora 3 and its working great. I have tv tuner card it has detected and installed bttv drivers for it .

Now iam trying to install kdetv so that i can check whether it works or not , but while installing the rpm it says :

rpm -ivh kdetv.rpm
warning: kdetv.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 9c800aca
error: Failed dependencies:
v4l-conf is needed by kdetv-0.8.4-3.i586 is needed by kdetv-0.8.4-3.i586
so please help and tell where to get v4l-conf, from ?
And is there any better application available that can be downloaded and installed easily.
