macshark LQ Newbie Registered: Dec 2002 Posts: 18 Rep:	privoxy installation woes problems in installing privoxy. i downloaded privoxy from this url: http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...group_id=11118 downloaded the rpm for Redhat, since I'm using redhat 8.0 and running on a P3, downloaded this file privoxy-3.0.0-1.6x.src.rpm . ran the following line. rmp -ivh privoxy-3.0.0-1.6x.src.rpm then chown privoxyrivoxy default.action and the error msg "chown: `privoxyrivoxy': invalid user" appeared. anybody knows what is wrong here? thks.
