This is an installation problem. I am running an Intel L440gx motherboard, Two PIII 550 processors, 512meg Ram The Motherboard has a Cirrus Logic CL-GD5480 Video Card on board. I am attempting to install Fedora 4. As the drivers are loading I can see it has selected the correct driver, however during the installation ( I assume when it switches to graphical mode ) the screen is covered with vertical alternating black and white lines and I can not continue. I have tried the second install selection by typing linux text but it does the same thing. Any ideas?
This board was last used in the same chassis with Windows Server 2003 without any problems

Check the Linux Hardware Compatibility List to see if your video card is supported. Then Google for any problems/solutions other users have posted somewhere.
