pls help - movie player built in Redhat 9


is the any built in movie player ( MPG MPEG AVI DAT AVI ) comes with red hat linux 9

are you post whoring? i help you to install xine, you ask if you need to install codecs and i say no if you don't want to watch different video formats. download and install the codecs. for avi's install the divx linux codec from divx.com. for everything else, i've already given you a link in a previous thread. read them.

in RHL 9 nope... u have to get for urself the fantastic player named mplayer from the net .. it is the best of the lot.... if can play loads of file extensions.... that we can even imagine.... it is just great
