Partition not recognized

I have a 120 gb hd partitioned into 3 parts
win2k on 1. red hat on 2nd. win2003 on 3rd

i'm new to red hat. I was very interested in it a while ago but stoped because i found out i cant use the internet because of my wmp54g pci card.

Now a while ago my w2k stoped recognized d: (second partition) I know it could never read the data in it but at least it used to see the partition

Well today I thought id look into it. I tried to load red hat up and it didnt work. I forgot what it exactly said but it said it couldnt find red hat in a certian part of my hd. Then I tried to install it and it says i dont have the right partition for it.

Which I don't understand because I got 40gb of this hard drive format to ext3 fileing system.

Any ideas on how or what to do would be appreciated. Thanks!
