Oracle virtual box: bug or not bug?

Hi to everybody-
I have happily installed Oracle virtual box 5.0 on an UBUNTU 14.04,and in the VB I have installed Windows 7 ultimate, with relevant exchange foldes in F: xxxx , with all the transfer options properly inserted.

What happens is that if I load the ubuntu folder with jpgs ( it would be even worse with .exe I suppose)they immediately appear in windows folder, BUT IF I try to copy them into another windows folder, I receive a stopping warning that I am not authorized to do so, as I do not have the necessary permits.
On the net many suggest that it is a bug with virtual box 5.0 and UBUNTU 14.04as the old versions did not have this problem.
Therefore I have uninstalled VB, but I miss it.
Thanks for you suggestions.
PS To the best of my remembering, with Ubuntu 15.10 I could make a proper installation.

I have VB-5.08 on slackware, and the files in my common directories are shared, and no messing. Either can delete. Check your setup.

I'd be thinking it is an issue with windows permissions.

Guest additions installed, share folders allowed permanently with two ways traffic. I go by memory as I have uninstalled it.
