Hi, this always happen when i do a fresh install of openoffice always forget to save the language pack for the interface... can somebody tell me where the heck are they? i've found the dictionaries but those don't change the interface... please help.
i went to that page and just found a folder with RPM packages, i converted them with rpm2tgz but they didn't work.
That's very odd. I just clicked on the link I provided you before and it is the Open Office wiki page....
Quoting the page...
Code:
In the Options dialog, click Language Settings > Languages.
On the right-hand side (as shown below), change the Locale setting, Default currency, and Default languages for documents as required. In the example, English (Australia) has been chosen as the locale setting, and the Australian dollar (AUD) for the default currency.
Although an English (Australia) dictionary exists, the English (UK) dictionary has been selected in the Default languages for documents.
