Need Great Instructions For Java

Ive been seeing a lot of different instructions for java, but none are actually understandable or just plain crappy. Im using Redhat 9 and wondering if any of you have some good links for me. Thanks.

Maybe you should elaborate on what you are trying to do with Java. It's a big language and there are lots of excellent resources out there, but without any idea of what you are after, all you'll get is some more "crappy" instructions. For example, I can give you some advice on handling XML with Java, but I doubt that is what you have in mind.

I have done some stuff with Java and just about everything you will need can be found somewhere on They have some good tutorials and most of the API's have some good examples attached to them. Good luck.
