NCTUns 3.0 seems to be the latest version and the FAQ says:
Q: Can NCTUns 3.0 be run on a FreeBSD machine?

A: No. Starting from NCTUns 2.0, NCTUns only supports Linux and no longer supports FreeBSD.

But no versions are given. At a guess, and this is only a guess, since the latest version came out late last year I would say that any 2.6 kernel should be supported. For a real answer, contact the support team.
