Mozilla scrollbar not themed

Hey, I'm running Debian Sid. In mozilla, the scrollbar gets skinned (with either the "Classic" or the "Modern" theme, whichever I have selected). However, when I use a gtkmozembed browser like galeon or epiphany, the scrollbar looks like the "modern" theme. I can live with this, but it doesn't look to great, and if possible, I'd like to change it. Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about. I hope this makes sense.

I'm using the deb packages, mozilla-browser-snapshot, and its associated -snapshot packages, as well as the epiphany-browser package.
