Scrollbar in Gtk+ 2.0

Hello. I started with gtk 2.0 programming and it's cool. It's much better than Qt3
except for Qt's great documentation. But everything is quite simple. Except for scrollbars. I can't get know how to join simple scrollbar to e.g. GtkTextView. Could you help me and write several lines of code. THX.
