Question Mandrake 10, mozilla, and the scrollbar

While using Mandrake 10 (Official) and mozilla, I've noticed that trying to drag the scrollbar during a page load selects the contents of the web page instead of, well, moving the scrollbar. The scrollbar becomes accessible again once the web page has loaded. I've observed this problem with contrib's Firefox 0.8 and norlug's Firefox 0.9.3 too, so I'm guessing it could be a GTK2 problem rather than a mozilla problem.

Anyone else seen this and - more to the point - know how to fix it?
