The probability of such an application working reliably is very low. In many/most PS renderings, the original text is lost, irretrievably. What you are asking for is a lttle like saying 'The answer is 6; what is the question?'.
What you probably want to do, though, is use something like ghostscript to render the PS to hardcopy on your printer. Ghostscript comes with decent drivers for a very large list of printers.
